To use the spreadsheet(s) on more than one computer (for example a network), you will have to purchase an adequate number of single user licenses or purchase a 'company licensed' version (which does not require activation). For each purchased license an Activation Key is generated - based on Identification Number which is unique for each computer, so make sure to send a correct Identification Number.

2) Multi-User licensed spreadsheet. For simplicity called a Company licensed version. This version can be distributed and used at a single site or office. For use on more than one physical site or office a separate license must be purchased. No activation is required for this type of license.
These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the following summary of differences between the two, described above, license types: Single-User license vs Company license.
Canceling a purchase:
Due to the type of products, i.e. electronic spreadsheets, it is not possible to cancel a purchase after requesting and receiving an Activation Key (or once a company licensed version or Premium version of spreadsheet is sent). However, if an Activation Key has not been sent then the transaction can be cancelled by e-mailing [email protected]. No reason is required. The same applies to company licensed spreadsheets, once spreadsheet is sent it is not possible to cancel a purchase.
Identification Number:
Each computer has a unique Identification Number which is shown in Activation Window of each spreadsheet. It is important to send the Identification Number of a computer on which the spreadsheet(s) is to be used. Otherwise new license(s) will have to be purchased for a new Identification Number.
Transferring to a different computer:
Each computer has a unique Identification Number and hence requires a unique Activation Key. If a Single-User licensed spreadsheet was 'activated' (this means that Author generated and sent an Activation Key) then it is not possible to transfer the license to a different computer.
System requirements:
Microsoft Excel running in a Microsoft Windows environment. Note that Mac Excel is different than Windows Excel and Single-User versions will, most likely, not work - therefore Mac users are recommended to use a Company Licensed versions instead. But check the FREE Lite version first, if it works fine on your MAC then the full version will work as well.
If you have Microsoft Excel version 2013 then please contact me before purchasing a Single-User license.
Other notes:
All spreadsheets are password protected to protect intellectual property. Activation Key does not remove this protection. Spreadsheets come in an 'as is' form therefore user will not be able to make changes to fonts, borders etc. User should download a FREE Lite version of the spreadsheet to see how the full version will look like (note that it may happen that a major update was released to the full version and a demo version has not been yet updated. Check spreadsheet version numbers). Some custom changes may be agreed for company licensed versions - extent agreed individually. Any questions, please ask.
