To run the Single-User licensed spreadsheets, as well as some of the Company licensed spreadsheets which use macros to enhance spreadsheet functionality, you will have to unblock and enable macros. A simple step-by-step guide with images is available here.

Note: company licensed spreadsheets do not require activation and will work without enabling macros (although full functionality will not be available until macros are enabled, for example 'Print Me' will not work).
