The spreadsheet, due to its form, easy input and clear output reduces time required for designing steel members. It includes lateral torsional buckling check therefore is a comprehensive and an important tool for structural engineers.

This spreadsheet is a fantastic thing to have if your into any kind of structural steel calculations. Saves a number of hours calculating various options of beam, pfc, etc. Have found it very easy to use and the printed calculation sheet you get at the end is great!

System Requirements:
To run the Single-User Licensed version you require:
- Microsoft Windows Excel version 2007 and above;
(Note: the Single-User spreadsheet will not run on Mac due to unsupported activation procedure)

To run the Company Licensed version you require either:
- Microsoft Windows Excel version 2007 and above;
- Microsoft Mac Excel version 2004, 2011 and above. If unsure then see whether the FREE version works.

Technical Advice: If you have enabled macros and still cannot use the drop-down menu to change steel beam size then it is probably because of a faulty Windows Update. Solution HERE.
